1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reviewz (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

The Service is operated by Netlabs Limited (Company ID: 79316092), located at UNIT B, 11/F YAM TZE COMM BLDG, 23 THOMSON RD, WAN CHAI, HONG KONG ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Reviewz provides AI-powered review management services, including but not limited to:

• Automated review monitoring across multiple platforms
• AI-generated review responses
• Review automation tools
• Review widget integration

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Details of each plan are available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

4.3 Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

4.5 Failed Payments: If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service until payment is received.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information about refunds.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
• Generate fake or fraudulent reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Netlabs Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for providing the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netlabs Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Netlabs Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.3 Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Hong Kong, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability
