2. Free Trial Period

We offer a free trial period for new users to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. During the free trial:

  • You will not be charged unless you choose to continue with a paid subscription
  • You can cancel at any time during the trial period without any charges
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan
  • You will receive a notification before the trial period ends

3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers. This guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • You are a first-time paying customer (not applicable to renewals or upgrades)
  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You have not engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior

If you meet these conditions, you are eligible for a full refund of your subscription fee.

4. Subscription Cancellation

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

7.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

7.3 Payment Processor Fees: Please note that payment processing fees charged by Stripe are non-refundable. The refund amount may be slightly less than the original charge due to these fees.

7.4 Currency Conversion: If your original payment was made in a currency different from USD, the refund amount may vary slightly due to currency exchange rate fluctuations.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

8.2 Chargeback Consequences: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

9.2 Downgrades: If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for downgrades.

10. Service Interruptions

In the event of extended service interruptions or outages caused by us:

  • We will work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible
  • You may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the affected period

  • Scheduled maintenance and brief interruptions do not qualify for refunds
